Travel Per Diem Guidelines

NAACCR, Inc. per diem reimbursements will be based on federal guidelines as defined by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) . When a meal is provided as a working breakfast, working lunch, or dinner without cost to the traveler, the per diem for that day in that city should be reduced according to the GSA guidelines for that particular meal. Travelers are eligible for 75 percent of the total M&IE rate for the location to which they are traveling on the first and last day of travel. However, travelers whose total travel day exceeds 10 hours are entitled to the full day per diem reimbursement.

Travelers are entitled to 75 percent of the total M&IE rate for one day travel away from their main office location if it is longer than 10 hours.
